BulkCandyStore.com, an online and brick-and-mortar candy and confectionery retailer, partnered with Blue Water Marketing in October 2024. Two years later, monthly revenue is up 3.1x, monthly orders are up 4.6x, and the store has had its first $100K month.
Every time Bulk Candy Store raised its ad budget, return on investment dropped significantly. Nobody was digging into what was selling, why it was selling, or how to capitalize on it. New and back-in-stock products weren't reviewed quickly, items sat in the wrong categories, and the catalog was, in owner Ken Shenkman's words, 'just kind of randomly thrown against the wall to see what sells.'
We started with the product catalog: breaking down which items sold, why they sold, and how best to sell them, backed by spreadsheets, calculations, and analytics. Meta and Google campaigns were rebuilt around that analysis. Instead of promising overnight results, we set up the foundation first and scaled step by step as testing showed what worked.

Blue Water Marketing helped BnB Pickleball stand out through standout branding, Meta ads, and Google Ads. Five months into the partnership, the brand posted a $1.61M month, 2.8x its Black Friday month the year before.

Monthly revenue grew from $26,070 in September 2024, the month before the partnership, to $81,426 in September 2026. December 2025 became the store's first $100K month ($100,063). Over the same period, monthly orders grew from 344 to 1,587 and new-customer orders from 293 to 1,107. Q4 2025 revenue reached $246,831, up 146% from Q4 2024.
“I've worked with several agencies in the past and several individuals, and never have I seen anyone go into this much detail to break down the products we have and how best to sell them.”
